A nurse navigator is an oncology-trained nurse assigned to you from your first appointment. They coordinate your care, return your calls, and connect you to every support service you qualify for.
Is support for family members included?
Yes. Caregiver counseling, support groups, and social work appointments are available specifically for spouses, children, and other loved ones.
